IGP visits injured officers, vows to resist attack on security personnel (Photos)

The Inspector General of Police M.A Adamu NPM, mni on Wednesday visited Police officers injured by protesting members of Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN) at the National Assembly complex on Tuesday.

The IGP wished the victims quick recovery while assuring them maximum support of the Force, including the full payment of all their medical bills.

He reiterated that the police would not tolerate unprovoked attack on its personnel on lawful national assignments.

He insisted that perpetrators of such violence would be made to face the full wrath of the law.
