Tragedy! Man Found Dead After Heavy Rain Fall In Aba

According to an eyewitness (James Lewis);
Read what He posted on his Facebook wall:

“As at 8:15am after the heavy rain, came this incident that took the life of this man.
He was passing by @ OSISIOMA junction by Talknado,Aba,Abia State.
He shifted a cable in other to cross over immediately power returned & he died instantly.
***There was no tools with him.
***There was no evidence showing illegal connection of light.
plz can we respect this man by typing RIP.
