Requirements from Abia State Independent Electoral Commission (ABSIEC) For Candidates During Screening:

1. Tax Clearance Certificate for 3 years proceeding year of Election – 2013, 2014, 2015.

2. Education qualification:
School Certificate or its equivalent

3. Voter’s Card

4. Residency

5. Employment History – taken from the form filled by the candidate.

6. Party Membership Card

7. Age Certificate

8. Certificate of Local Govt. of Origin

9. Seminar Certificate
