It’s been more than 18 months since Ikpeazu presumed equity government was sworn in. Virtually every of the so-called campaign promises made by Ikpeazu has not been met. Abians have been in distress overtime and it seems like the Messiah is taking ages to come.
With the Honourable Justice Okon Abang’s judgement on 27th of June, the people of Abia felt very much relieved and hoping for the swearing in of their first choice Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah. When the swearing in began to experience delay due to the money that exchanged hands in the Court of Appeal ruling,Abia almost went up in flame as different group demanded for justice as we are tired of lies, public fund embezzlement and the killing of our institutions that is masked by the so-called EQUITY.
Near sanity came as the matter moved to Supreme and the sanitization of the judiciary by our security agents happened almost the same time. Bad judges were being fished out. The people of Abia are almost regaining hope and trust on our Judiciary until this evening when Okezie Ikpeazu’s men started jubiliating and bragging in Umuahia that their bribe has gotten to the right quota thereby saying that what happened in the Court of Appeal will repeat itself. Ikpeazu was quoted to have boasted he will do everything to delay judgement of the Supreme as they already know they are having a bad case. How do we balance the delayance of the hearing of Abia matter knowing that Abia is constitutionally inbalanced at the moment pending the Supreme court judgement?
Judiciary is the last hope of the common man.
Abians have seen hell in the past 9 years.
The system that made up a state has collapse.
The men and women that made up of that judiciary system in charge of the Supreme court have blood running through their vein and should listen to Abians cry. Feel our plight.
Supreme Court should give Abians the best Christmas gift by ruling this Abia case on its merit.
Supreme Court should give us justice.
Supreme Court should give us Dr. Uche Ogah.
