BREAKING: State Govt. Awards Abia Breaking News “Most Grassroots Oriented Online Media Platform” (Photos)

Abia Breaking News, a foremost online medium in Nigeria has been nominated to be awarded the “Most Grassroots Oriented Abia Online Media Platform” by the office of the Senior Special Assistant to Abia State Governor on Grassroots Mobilization.

The Senior Special Assistant to Abia State Governor on Grassroots Mobilization, Honorable Ukpai Nnanna Val, in a letter he signed, commended the news outfit for it’s immense contributions to the society.

In a response, the Director, Abia Breaking News, Comrade Ifeanyi Okali Ubaka expressed gratitude to the Abia state government for recognizing and choosing to award the news outfit for its efforts in playing the media role of ensuring checks and balances as well as setting agenda for public discourse, aimed at bettering the state and society at large.

The letter also invited Abia Breaking News to the Abia Grassroots Summit scheduled to hold on Friday 21st December 2018, at the Michael Okpara Auditorium by 10am, where there will be a seminar presentation that will focus on Election Violence, Drug Abuse, Importance of voting and the achievements of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu in Abia state.

Entrance to the Grassroots Iconic Award, according to the organizers will be the granted only by a show of the Permanent Voters card, PVC.
