Justice Agbaza O Charles of Federal High Court sitting in Jabi Abuja on Thursday gave an interlocutory order restraining Edozie Njoku from parading himself as national chairman of APGA till the substantive case is heard.
The court also restrained APGA from recognizing 2nd defendant Edozie Njoku as the national chairman of the second defendant pending the determination of the substantive suit.
The court fixed the matter for hearing on 23/10/2019
