NAOS to honour ABN TV Boss, Abia Deputy Speaker, Others December 29

The National Association of Ohafia Students (NAOS) will on December 29 honour the Director ABN TV, Ifeanyi Okali with an outstanding performance award in rural development.

Others to be honoured include Abia Deputy speaker, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Uchendu, Ume Kalu (SAN), Chief Chidia Maduekwe, Queen Angelica Ituma, Engr. Chinnaya Mba, Mrs Nwanna Eke Obuba and Chief Dr. Device Okemini Mba

Tagged ‘Home Coming’ this event is the first of its kind in Ohafia.

According to a release from the Association, the event will afford indigenes opportunity to interact and rally round a developmental agenda.

Ohafia Homecoming, a signature event in our community is not only an opportunity for our people to come together and rally around a common sense of community and camaraderie, but also a fantastic opportunity for us to come together and connect with our family and Ohafians chumminess alike. Homecoming is an opportunity for partners to align and bring the Ohafia community together in celebration”.

“The Homecoming draws the Ohafia Outstanding Performance Award 2019 is the first of its kind since the history of Ohafia. It tends to give back to the society and aims at appreciating individuals who have truly supported the Ohafia course irrespective of odds”.

The release also indicates that the selection of awardees is through nomination by National Association of Ohafia Students stakeholders after a strong deliberation.

The event will hold in Ohafia, December 29th, 2019 at Barr. Ume Kalu Bar Hall, Ebem Ohafia at 1PM
